About Our 30-Day Return Policy
If you need to return something, we will happily take anything back. Send back any full or partial purchase within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges
Whereboutiqueshop.com accepts all returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. All items must be returned in new and unused condition, with its original packaging intact. For return on a specific category, please review below the instruction as they may provide some specific requirement, in addition to general return policy.
When Will My Credit Card be Credited?
Once your return has been received, they will subject to our incoming QA inspection. Once accepted, please allow anywhere from 1-30 days for credit to appear depending on your card or bank’s policy. For a more specific time frame, contact your card or bank to find out when refund will appear on your account. Note: The refund of your return will appear under "EchoMerx Corporation" in your credit card statement. If you’re original payment is cashier's check or money order, please allow at least 7 business days for a refund check.
Will I Be Charged for Return Shipping?
Yes. Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, Fedex or USPS with delivery confirmation or signature options for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
Because we carry limited inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return unwanted item(s). Then place a new order online for an alternative product. Then place a new order online for an alternative product.
Obtain a RMA No. First
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You can call our service representative at 1-866-637-9246 or email us at [email protected] to obtain a RMA. An RMA will insure expeditious process of your return.
Using the Packing List
Enclose a copy of the original packing list with the item. If you cannot send your copy, please include your invoice number, billing name, and address with the item. You may use the carrier of your choice. Address your return package to EchoMerx Corporation. The return address is shown at the front of your packing slip. Then take your package to the carrier of your choice.
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, gift boxes, documentation, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers or gift boxes, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

- We suggest that you make a copy of the packing slip for your records.
- All products must be unused and undamaged, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
- Pack the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip or copy, in an appropriately sized box and insure all items are tightly secured inside the shipping box.
- For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.

- We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow 1-30 days depending on your card or bank’s policy for your credit to appear on your statement.
We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
In order to return your jewelry purchase for credit, the item must be in its original condition with any boxes or packaging that accompanied it. If the jewelry arrived with a tag attached directly to the item, that tag must still be attached. No exceptions.
Follow the General Return guide above to return your trinket boxes within 30 days of receipt. Trinket Boxes are delicate items and need some special care when exercising return. Please don't pack your trinket boxes without the protective bubble or polybag inside a gift box. The abrasion with the box will reduce the luster during shipping. Always wrap each individual box with polybag or bubble and then sit it tightly inside each gift box. Trinket Boxes shipped with original polyfoam molding will need the molding back also. Handbags and Purses
Handbags and Purses must be in new, never-used condition with all original tags attached. If applicable, any protective outer lining must be intact to be accepted for return. Handbags and Purses that have been used, damaged or stained may not be returned. Some handbags having protruding lock may need special attention during shipping. Follow the General Return above.
You must use the original foam pads to ship the returns. Returns without foam pad are rejected. In addition, some Jewelry Stand design incorporates Top Wire storage on the underside of foam pad. Please store the top wire using this feature. If you have further questions, please contact Customer Service.
Returning Heavy or Bulky Items
Certain products have special return instructions due to their size or weight. To return them, please contact Customer Service for return instructions.
DIRECTIONS FOR SPECIAL RETURNS:
We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a product that was shipped from Whereboutiqueshop.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
